The rare lyricism and distinct sound crafted by Amy Ayanda sets her apart as she carves out and commands a space where you are free to move and be moved. Having expressed an interest in music at a young age, Amy discovered and dedicated herself to a love of the dramatic arts and singing growing up. Taking quickly to the piano and guitar during high school, and wielding her skill-set all the way through to her under-grad, it was inevitable that the love she approached her craft with would turn into a lifelong commitment to music. The result is a world of sound that leans into the magic of being, creating a lush tapestry of organic and electronic waves which become the stage upon which her haunting vocals call.
