Hello. :) We are robin molteno and louise bruwer of casualsex_, the umbrella.
there's casualsex.store: a first of its kind SA artists' platform [ led by robin], and our 15+ [and growing] mini-doccies on SA artists [led by louise]. casualsex_ has always just been about solving problems in sa's arts scene and making it possible to survive and make a living from arts in SA. first it was the lack of local video content on local artists, [2019]; then it was, well, that a platform like casualsex.store didn't exist for south african fans and artists [2021].
we're proud to be producing merch for a wide range of artists that sell on casualsex.store, as well as shipping art, merch, music, statues, jewelery from local creators all over SA, and to every continent on earth [except those two miserably cold ones].
with this playlist, we're sharing our influences from outside SA [couldn't resist one local track though] that keep us company in our rooms, rollerskating, working and making our own art and music.
